Consulting Rooms
Our two private consulting rooms are ideal for a variety of health-related professions, including osteopathy, naturopathy, massage therapy, kinesiology, dietetics, health and wellness coaching, or even beautician services such as microblading. Each room is fully furnished, sound-proofed, and equipped with ducted air-conditioning and superfast NBN, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience for both practitioners and clients. Additionally, the rooms feature a data outlet for hicaps/eftpos terminals, catering to the technological needs of your practice.
The waiting room at Clinic 36 is thoughtfully designed to offer a welcoming and functional space for your clients. It includes a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, kettle, and filtered water, providing a convenient spot for refreshments. The room is accessible via lift, ensuring ease of access for all.

Permanent Rental
If you're looking to secure a consulting room for consistent use on the same day or days each week, our permanent rental option is ideal. This option operates on a month-to-month lease basis, providing stability and predictability for your practice.
Full-Day Rate: $145+GST (8:00 am to 6:30 pm)
Casual Rental
For those needing more flexibility, Clinic 36 offers casual rental options on a full-day or half-day basis. This is perfect for practitioners who require a space on a less frequent basis.
Full-Day Rate: $160+GST (8:00 am to 6:30 pm)
Half-Day Rate: $80+GST (8:00 am to 1:00 pm or 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm)
